Sizing
Do you offer more waist sizes?
Yes! If your size is not listed, please include a note on the order at checkout indicating the size in inches you would like your waist beads to be. I am happy to accommodate!
I don't know my waist measurement.
Because women's bodies are divinely crafted in a multitude of shapes, sizes, and proportions, I highly recommend you obtain a tape measure and measure exactly where on your body you'd like your beads to sit.
If you are unable to do his, a general sizing chat is as follows:
XXS: 22"-24"
XS: 24"-26"
S: 26"-30"
M: 30"-34"
L: 34"-38"
XL: 38"-42"
XXL: 42"+
I have received my order and my beads don't fit.
Because each set is custom made to order, it is imperative that you take the time to measure your waist so they can be sized accurately.
If you receive your order and realize that you have selected the wrong size, I will be happy to resize your waist beads for you.
Your order will need to be mailed back using a provided shipping label, or you can send the order back via your own shipping method. You will be responsible for shipping costs and a small resize fee for the extra materials needed to remake your set.
Simply reach out with an email indicating your order details & what size works better, and add the ‘RESIZE MY ORDER’ listing to your cart and all additional information will be provided!
What size do I need to order for a permanent tie-on set?
Please select your actual waist measurement when ordering a permanent tie-on set. This is so that when crafting your order, the crystals and charms are spaced accurately. The strand will be made longer than your measurement to provide room for tying.
Shipping & Returns
Where is my order?
Once your order is almost finished being packaged up and on it's way to you, you will receive a notification of a USPS tracking number.
Please keep in mind that Eternal Sun Gems is fully run and operated by one woman, so it may take some time for your tracking to update, as post office runs are done only once or twice per week.
How can I get my order faster?
To receive your order within a certain timeframe, there are options for upgraded shipping when checking out.
Keep in mind that upgrading your shipping at checkout just speeds up the in-transit time, and not the time to craft your order.
For a faster processing time, you can add the "RUSH MY ORDER" item to your cart along with your other items, and this will prioritize the processing of your order.
Do you offer exchanges or returns?
All purchases are able to be exchanged or returned within a 14-day window. Please keep in mind that items must be unused and in the original packaging to be returned. You will be responsible for shipping fees.
How long is processing & shipping?
Order processing times may vary depending on order size, but it is generally 5-7 business days. If you need your order sooner, please reach out to me and add the ‘RUSH MY ORDER’ listing to your cart and your order will be prioritized for processing.

What materials are used in the waistbeads?
Each listing contains specific information about the materials used to create each set! If you have any additional questions feel free to reach out at any time.
Can I purchase a customized set?
Yes! I do offer customized sets. Please reach out to me via Instagram or email indicating your interest in a custom set and I will follow up with you!
Some information I will need to bring your vision to life include colors desired, crystals desired, and charms desired. If you have any inspo photos from other sets I’ve made you can also include those!
Will you bring this item back in stock?
If there is a set you like that is currently out of stock, please reach out to me to inquire about restocking it.
Do you offer stretchy/elastic waistbeads?
Because stretchy waistbeads tend to lose their shape and integrity over time as well as being more prone to breaking, I do not offer any sets made with elastic.
